Beautiful newly built house very close to the beach. It is surrounded by almost one acre of grass ground and another acre of orchard. About 500 hundred meters north from the house, just on the coast there is the organized district of Kiotari with restaurants, bars, shops etc. As there might be a bit of a disturbance from 8 two 14:30 due to the the building of a hotel-not very very close-it is offered in a relatively very low price.
Easy access to the beach which is purely natural and extends for many kilometers and is considered to be one of the most beautiful of the island.

If you want to stay, just relax and have a wonderfully easy going holidays, there is no need of a car. All basics can be found in the district o Kiotari Beach. If you want to explore the beauties of south Rhodes or the island itself a car or a motorbike is certainly needed. There is a complex of well preserved and new roads, that lead to almost any place of the island. Especially the appealing south and inner land of the island is reached by roads which lead you through a sightly landscape. It is a very enjoyable experience by car or motorbike.
